Salodini Consulting is a technical and commercial consultancy office with headquarters in Padenghe sul Garda (Brescia). It is the Italian representative of the E-Therm TZ s.r.o., a leading company in the development and production of thermal systems, including "made-to-measure" systems, specialized in the heating and in the thermal treatment of materials in the sector of metallurgic industry and of machinery.

Did you know that steel originates from today's Czech Republic?

At the times of the Roman Empire this geographical area used to be called "Germania". After conquering this territory, Romans started making arms with the material, steel, used by the conquered population (until then their arms were made of bronze) by exploiting their competence in the processing of this material. This means that the experience gained in the treatment of steel and the performance of the equipment used today date back a very long time.



E-Therm was founded in this area, now called the Czech Republic, by a staff of technicians and managers who were working for Skoda Klatovy s.r.o., one of the largest producers of industrial furnaces in the world which started working in the ex Czechoslovakia at the beginning 1900. E-Therm has taken over not only the whole personnel, but also all Skoda Klatovy's technical drawings, including the related rights of use, and it has also acquired its renowned know-how. Its proven competence has made it possible for E-Therm to install systems characterized by high performance and lasting reliability all over the world.

Exclusive right worldwide

E-Therm has worldwide exclusive rights on the operating and control software of the rotary stability furnace, which is universally recognized as the only system complying with the ASTM and SEP Standards. The system is used for controlling the heat resistance of shafts used in high pressure steam turbines.

Constant technical consultancy

Supported by the organisational and technical structure of E-Therm, Salodini Consulting offers its technical competence and helps customers meet the very important requirement of long duration of the systems. Assistance is constant during all the phases of production of the furnace:

• acquisition of the technical requirements necessary for studying the layout of the system
• study and choice of the final "made-to-measure" layout, taking into consideration the requirements of specific technical applications
• construction of the furnace on site at the customer's premises
• putting into operation and final start-up
• training the personnel responsible for furnace operation at the customer's premises, including the supply of manuals in the language required
• management of various requirements arising after the start-up phase, such as the supply of spare parts, maintenance work, repair work, technical upgrade etc….
